This Privacy Policy explains what personal data MathRelaxing ("we", "us", "our") collects when you visit mathrelaxing.store, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
MathRelaxing is an independent digital art store that sells mathematical art prints and digital downloads. You can contact us at orders@mathrelaxing.store.
To process your purchase we collect:
Payment is processed exclusively by PayPal. We never see, receive, or store your card number or bank details.
On product pages your browser makes a request to ipapi.co — a third-party geolocation service — to determine your country and show whether shipping is available. This request exposes your IP address to ipapi.co, subject to their own privacy policy. We do not receive or store the result.
Our web server automatically records standard access logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamp. These are used solely for security and diagnostics and are not shared with third parties. Logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days.
If you authorize MathRelaxing to connect with TikTok, TikTok may provide us with basic account information such as your TikTok user ID, display name, avatar, and authorization tokens. We use this data only to show the connected account, upload or publish content you explicitly choose, check posting status, and let you disconnect the integration.
We do not sell TikTok data, use it for unrelated advertising, or publish to TikTok without your explicit action and consent in the MathRelaxing interface. You can revoke access from your TikTok account settings or contact us at orders@mathrelaxing.store.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing without your explicit consent. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and applicable data protection law.
Order records (name, email, shipping address, order details) are retained for 7 years to comply with accounting and tax regulations. You may request early deletion of your personal data where it does not conflict with these legal obligations — see Section 6.

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. The only data stored in your browser is a shopping cart saved in localStorage — this stays on your device and is never sent to our servers unless you complete a purchase.
All traffic to mathrelaxing.store is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). Order data is stored in a database on a private server and is not accessible to the public.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
