These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mathrelaxing.store, including digital downloads, physical art prints, tools, and optional social publishing integrations provided by MathRelaxing ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
MathRelaxing sells mathematical art products, including digital image packs, animation loop packs, creator assets, custom coloring-page tools, and physical art prints. Product pages describe the included files, formats, resolution, price, and delivery method.
You may purchase products without creating a public account. To fulfill an order, we may request your name, email address, and, for physical prints, shipping address. You agree to provide accurate information so we can deliver your purchase and contact you about your order.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal. We do not receive or store your full payment card or bank details. Digital products are delivered through download links after successful payment. Physical prints are produced and shipped through third-party fulfillment partners.
Because digital files are delivered instantly, digital purchases are generally non-refundable after download access is issued, except where required by law or where a file is defective and we cannot reasonably fix or replace it. For physical prints, contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or incorrect so we can review a replacement or refund.
Unless a product page states otherwise, digital products are licensed to you for personal, creative, and commercial use in your own projects, such as wallpapers, social posts, videos, design mockups, presentations, and visual assets. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or upload the raw files as a competing downloadable product, stock asset pack, NFT collection, or marketplace listing.
If you upload an image or provide content to generate a custom result, you confirm that you have the rights needed to use that content. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, private, abusive, or harmful material. We may refuse or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
If MathRelaxing offers TikTok publishing features, you may connect your TikTok account through TikTok's authorization flow. We will use TikTok access only for the permissions you approve and only to upload or publish content you explicitly choose from the MathRelaxing interface. You are responsible for reviewing captions, privacy settings, and content before posting.
You must comply with TikTok's terms, community guidelines, and developer policies when using any TikTok integration. You may disconnect or revoke access at any time from TikTok account settings or by contacting us.
The MathRelaxing brand, website design, generated collections, product previews, text, and downloadable products are owned by MathRelaxing or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a license to use the purchased files; it does not transfer ownership of MathRelaxing's intellectual property.
We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we may update products, pricing, features, or these Terms from time to time. We may suspend or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MathRelaxing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the site or products.
